Our Mission

RISE is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping flood-prone communities adapt to the challenges of recurrent flooding and rising waters. We accelerate innovation and business growth by helping entrepreneurs develop and test scalable solutions to some of the most pressing environmental issues municipalities face today. Since 2018, RISE has provided more than $9 million in funding and support to businesses creating cutting-edge products addressing everything from reducing shoreline erosion to helping commuters navigate flooded roads.
